Artvango Therapeutic Services, Inc., is a 501(c) 3 non-profit committed to uplifting and healing children affected by the cycle of abuse, poverty and trauma through the use of expressive therapies and caregiver involvement.

Category: Bonding and Wellness

• Family Bonding Activities: Provide opportunities for adoptive families to spend positive, meaningful time together through family events, recreational activities, camps, sports, arts and cultural activities, educational enrichment, mentoring, and other community-based experiences that strengthen relationships and communication.
• Wellness & Specialized Activities: Connect children and families to non-clinical wellness and therapeutic activities such as equine-assisted services, animal-assisted activities, expressive arts, music, mindfulness, nature-based activities, adventure programs, and specialized camps that support coping skills, confidence, emotional well-being, and family stability.

Category: Direct Services – Basic and Emergency Assistance

• Basic Needs Support: Provide limited, individualized financial assistance for essential needs such as food, clothing, utilities, transportation, housing-related expenses, childcare, school expenses, safety items, and other necessities that support a safe and stable home.
• Emergency & Barrier-Reduction Support: Provide short-term assistance when an immediate need or unexpected expense could create stress or a barrier to maintaining placement or permanency. Assistance may include medical or therapeutic expenses and other urgent needs, while coordinating with available community resources to maximize support for the family.

• Equine/nontraditional therapy — funding for equine or animal-assisted therapy and other evidence-based interventions for youth wellness.
